Thereason the collection procedure is so convoluted is because ebay items are keptin storage away from the shop floor –
meaning a person may potentially be turned away empty-handed if they visitedwhen the item wasnt available for collection within easy reach of shop floorstaff,
even if that person had already paid & we had taken their money.
There is also the possibility of delivery (at 1.00 per mile) but this has tobe arranged via message.
