A Skywatcher SK 607AZ2 refracting telescope. This is in great condition and recommended mainly for the observation of the planets, so it would be a good introduction to astronomy for the beginner astronomer.
This is in impeccable condition and has been well taken care of, used once and still with box in perfect condition
The tripod stand is 131cms tall (at its fully-extended height) and is adjustable, so can be set at a lower height.
This SkyWatcher SK607AZ2 is a refractor telescope with lens diameter of 60 mm and a focal length of 700 mm. It works well as a simple equipment for the novice observer, allowing observations of the Moon, the Sun (with a suitable solar filter), planets, bright star clusters, galaxies and even bright nebulae. The telescope is equipped with a user-friendly azimuth AZ2-motion mount, enabling a smooth and intuitive to follow for the selected object. Additionally you can find the diagonal angle of inclination of 90 and a straightening lens that allows observation of ground facilities. Included is two focal glasses of 10mm and 20 mm with magnification of 75x and 35x respectively.
