SKYWATCHER 200P / EQ5 + Laser Collimater and Moon filter
Skywatcher Explorer 200p 8″ Newtonian Reflector with lenses, Moon filter and laser collumnator to adjust mirrors.Lens included are 10mm, 25mm and 2x barlow and all the accessories for it such as finder scope etc
Around a year old. EQ5 Mount comes with original boxes for transportation. Only Kept Foam padding for the telescope and will come in handy for transport.
I bought this as it was recommended by The Sky at Night as a proper scientific instrument for back yard astronomy. I have enjoyed exploring the night sky and particularly the Moon with this excellent telescope not to forget Jupiter. Light pollution caused by a street lamp behind the garden forces the sale really.
Have included some images taken with a budget camera and without tracking. Lots more potential of course but just to give an idea of what can be achieved with 50 cameras.
Nothing can compare viewing with our eyes of course, expect crystal clear sharp images.
Sadly don’t have the time to use as much i wanted however still enjoyed what it provided and will leave you with sights you will never forget. Looking at the moon it feels like you’ve been there afterwards, the detail is amazing. Be prepared to blown away.
Needs a good home and someone who can get more use out of it. I look after things in general so expect a perfectly working, almost new setup, no marks etc
