For Sale my Skywatcher 200 PDS Quattro Steel OTA – In used condition complete with 90×50 finder (right angle). Usual Quattro refinements, flocking and baffles to inside of tube with plenty of back focus for ‘Prime” astro photography. Focal length is 800mm and is very fast. Has large Vixen type wedge for mounting. Cap is included (front). Also 1.25 and 2in eye piece holders.
This quattro has dew heaters fitted to the primary and secondary mirrors, these run from a normal dew heater control (not included in the purchase). It also has a silent running fan to aid with cooling and dew control, this is powered by a 12v DC supply – also not included but can be easily run via a USB or similar lead/jack.
It is in used condition, there are scratches on the tube and wedge, there is some dust on the primary mirror but nothing to affect normal use. This is a lovely fast 800mm F/4 reflector telescope idea for mounting DX or FX (Nikon) cameras as it fills the frame with the half moon. Amazingly sharp and bright images you never get tired of.
