Eq2 Mounting incl. Counterweight.
Sturdy Adjustible Tripod suitable for bigger scopes.
Slow Motion flexi cable.
6x30mm Finder-scope (New)

Through the SkyWatcher 130P

Solar System:
This telescope will show you a good amount of detail on the planets.
Mercury and Venus will show their phases.
Mars will show some dark markings.
You can see at least ten Asteroids.
Jupiter will show two belts (and, of course, its four Galilean moons).
Saturn will show its ring system clearly and four or five moons on a ‘good’ night.
Uranus and Neptune will be visible as tiny green/blue discs.
(You can’t reliably see Pluto even with a 150mm telescope by eye!  Currently, Pluto is  in Saggitarius, just north of ‘the Teapot’ ! )
You will be able to explore the craters, mountains, rills and valleys of the Moon when it’s in a phase, and the ray craters when it’s full.
Deep Sky:
This Newtonian will gather enough light to show magnitude 13.5 stars.
It will show all the Messier objects (M1 to M110) and many more NGC galaxies, nebulae and star-clouds too.
The Pleiades, the Seven Sisters M45, will reveal many more members of their extended family in low power views that will amaze!
The Andromeda Galaxy M32,
The Great Nebula in Orion M42,
The Dumb-bell Nebula M27
Great Globular in Hercules M13 … will all be clearly visible.  ( Good luck with M97, ‘The Owl’, though! )

The SkyWatcher brand has been praised by astronomy magazines world-wide as being among the best in class.

WHAT DO OTHER AUTHORITIES SAY ABOUT THIS TELESCOPE?

BBC Sky At Night Magazine – Skywatcher Explorer 130p review:
“An excellent choice for anyone wanting an upgrade from a beginner’s scope, to something more advanced that will show celestial objects in greater detail.”

Astronomy Now – Skywatcher Explorer 130p review:
I was most impressed by the views revealed by the scope during testsThe Moon revealed a seemingly inexhaustible amount of fine detailThe mechanical and optical specification delivered at this price break puts it into an essentially peerless position. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT PRAISE INDEED!

It’s a great start into the absorbing hobby of amateur astronomy.  A telescope that will give years of satisfaction.
This telescope is in great useable condition and comes with two eyepieces – A great start to your collection.

This telescope has been seller refurbished and is as good as it can be, considering its age (8yrs).
The declination axis has been replaced, due to a fall, and the slow-motion control is not functional.
However, the decination clamp is working and the telescope is fine in use –
The declination slow-motion is not essential once the object is in the field of view.

Please examine pictures carefully and feel free to ask any questions.

This wonderful telescope comes in original packaging and presentation box.

My BUY IT NOW price represents only 65% of the current NEW price (New comes with Red Dot Finder – cheap!).
