Hi, this auction is for a Sky-Watcher Explorer 200P 8 inch Newtonian Reflector Telescope with accessories. Comes complete with an EQ5 German equatorial mount which is very sturdy. The scope has been used a handful of times and apart from a few scuffs, mainly on the dovetail mount bracket and the counter-balance weights, it is in excellent condition. The tube is still in its original box and has been stored inside since purchase. Comes with 10mm and a 25mm eyepieces plus a X2 barlow. Current price for this scope new is over 450. Also included is a Celestron red LED torch and a Telrad finder. If you’re new to astronomy, please look this last item up as they get excellent reviews online. Not boxed but in as-new condition. This item retails at around 40-50 pounds.
Overall, the complete package cost in excess of 500 pounds but the starting price of 250 is only half of that. This is an excellent opportunity to grab yourself a bargain.
