This telescope is in as new condition No marks No scuff marksNo scratchesI have taken as many pics as Im able to upload onto eBay however am willing to take additional upon request. The telescope comes with all original tools and instruction manual. Two eye pieces. 10mm25mmThe OTA (Optical Tube Assembly) comes in its original box along with polystyrene packing which makes it almost impossible to damage. The mount also comes with its original box and packaging. Its flat packed and easily assembled in less than twenty minutes which means that you can be viewing the winter night sky almost immediately. This would make an ideal Christmas present for any member of the familyThese are not just for adults. They are great for the kids as well, especially teenagers both male and female, and what a great way for them to gain education in the skies above. Once assembled the telescope isnt that heavy. Too be fair I would say that a teenager would be able to move the tube and the base separately. Because of the side handles an adult of medium strength should be able to move the telescope combined. No doubt you will have probably researched this telescope however Ill just add the following. The mirror is eight inches in diameter. 203mmThe focal length is 1200. So what can you see with this telescope. All the planets. The most popular by far has to be the moon and this telescope gives truly magnificent views in spectacular fashion. The craters are clear and crispThe telescope comes with a protective cover and you may have noticed that there are two caps. One of these can be removed. On 29th December there will be a Cold Moon (full moon) which will be very bright. Keep the protective cover on and just remove the cap Look through the eyepiece and you will see a less illuminated moon. Mars, Jupiter and Saturn can be seen with the unaided eye. View them through this telescope and they actually come to live rather that just a bright dot in the sky. I wont try to describe them for you however just google these planets and your view of them wont be far off. Dont forget that Neptune, Mercury and Venus are up there as well. Thats not all thats in the skies above our heads There is so just much to mention however this telescope will give strikingly good and stunning views of the Double Cluster, Orion Nebula, andromeda nebula. Its fair to say that any telescope gives you a route to a different world So hopefully if you have never owned a telescope youll be really excited as to what you will be able to view. But you can also go one step further and take photos of what you are looking at. Just attached you camera directly to the focuser Youll probably need an adapter but these are very cheap however youll get get views of the moon and much of whats in the skyJust to note that its only the white skyliner for sale Not its big brother.
