These are a lovely set of Binoculars: I’m sorry I don’t understand the Russian details. They are designated 7 X 50 30M3 made in USSR; they have a leather neck strap and a soft lined black leather case: inside the case is 2 X sets of filters; Yellow & Green. There is also a pair of filters that appear clear already fitted to the Binoes. A full set of lens caps. These Binoes focus to perfection and are so clear: great Optics; being pedantic the large centre focus wheel is a bit finicky but does focus easily and well. They are a nice pair of Binoculars. They would be even better with a proper knowledgeable clean.
