Hi.
The bodywork on these binoculars is very good and the lenses look good too.
The diopter adjuster for your eyes is on the left on these rather than on the right.
They’re pretty lightweight for full-sized binoculars, especially compared to more modern ones. Berkut lens coatings always seem to give a slightly yellow tint according to the internet, maybe an anti-glare feature?
I’ve just fitted a cheap, new strap as the old one had badly degraded and I’ve also put them in a used, thick carry case that I had for some other binoculars for a bit more protection.
My only gripe is that if you pull the binoculars right together to their narrowest eye setting you then have to back off literally a millimetre or the focus ring becomes tight to turn. Unless you’ve got very close-together eyes, this shouldn’t be much of an issue.
These are ideal for more distant bird watching, moon gazing/astronomy and general sports events where the extra magnification is needed.
Please look at the pictures to see exactly what you’re getting.
Please also have a look at my other items for sale ;)
