Russian 7 x 50 Binoculars with case, 2 pairs filters and objective lens caps
Weighing about 970 g in use and 1.6 kg with case, two caps and 2 pairs of filters.
Binoculars measure 19 x 19 x 6 cm, or 7.5 x 7.5 x 2.5 inches.
Carry case measures 21 x 20 x 9 cm, or 8.25 x 8 x 3.5 inches.
Minimum focus distance guessed at about 4 m.
Field of view isn’t given.
Note these come with two pairs of filters; yellow and (much darker) green, see picture of one of each in front of desk lamp. Also note they have pockets provided in the case.
The case has a date stamped inside lid, we have no idea of significance, but it is believed to be 28 MAR 1976 or 8, see last photo.
Condition
Another nice, chunky pair of binoculars that have had significant use, but are still great to use.
The focus wheel is surprisingly light and easy compared to most others.
The dioptre adjustment (on one eye piece) is a bit stiff, but then shouldn’t need changing often.
One eye piece has a chipped edge and there’s some corrosion externally.
Optical path looks clear of significant issues.
