In addition, there is the Dollond company logo, and the serial # ‘519’. Thebeautifuloptics areextremely bright, sharp, crisp and clear, if somewhat narrow field of view. When viewed through in reverse, the opticsare spotlessly clean, clear and fungus free. In addition, they are in perfect collimation. Doctor Seeger, in his grey book (p13), describes them as “Double telescope on the Kepler principal. A high quality instrument, probably used for signalling purposes”
