Pair of Compact 4 x 30 Binoculars with Coated Lenses

A great pair of compact binoculars with 4x magnification and coated lenses.  They are in excellent condition.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment:
(a)I accept Paypal, cheques, postal orders and bankersdrafts.  If youintend to pay by any method other than Paypal, please let me knowwithin 24 hours of the end of the auction. 
(b) Payment isrequired within four days of the end of the auction.  I amhappy to wait longer if a buyer contacts me within this time.  In the absence of contact from the buyer, a non-payment case will be opened after four days.

2. Postage:
(a) I do combine postage for multiple purchases unless aparticular item is so fragile that combining with another would riskdamage in transit.  If you pay for multiple items before thepostage has been combined, a refund will be issued on the excesspostage once the items have been dispatched (less the non-refundable 10% commission ebay charges on postage).
(b) All items sold will be sent via a service that will require a signature.  Within the UK, any item that sells for less than 40 will be posted using Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For service, while any item selling for more than 40 will be sent Special Delivery (all items made of gold will be sent Special Delivery unless otherwise marked).
(c) Please be aware that charges are for postage ANDpacking.  Envelopes, postal boxes and packaging materials arenot free and thus the price on the stamp is not the same as the costincurred in posting.  Further, as ebay are now taking 10% commission on postage, this charge will have to be passed onto buyers for lower value items.
(d) All items paid for within 24 hours of the end of the auction will be posted the next working day.  Items paid for more than 24 hours after the end of the auction will be posted on the next Tuesday or Friday.

3. Bid Stacking: Please be aware, I do not permit bid stacking on my items.  Bid stacking is a tactic used by some buyers whereby they place multiple bids on an item when they are the initial or highest bidder in order to discourage other bidders.  Where three or more bids are placed by an individual in the absence of competing bids, all bids from that individual will be cancelled.

4. Returns:
(a)I doaccept returns.  However, return postage costs will only berefunded where there is a gross error in the description or where anitem is damaged in transit. 
(b) Please contact me beforereturning any item – return postage will NOT be paid for any itemreturned without prior agreement. 
(c) The purchase priceand outgoing postage costs will always be refunded upon the return ofan item in satisfactory condition.

5. Feedback: I do not leavefeedback for buyers until feedback has been left for me – this isbecause I do not regard a sale as complete until the buyer expressessatisfaction with their purchase.  If you are unhappy for anyreason please contact me before leaving feedback so any issues may beresolved.

6. Other: Please do not contact me asking to sell anitem outside of ebay, using ebay’s Buy It Now facilities or withoffers contingent upon ending an auction early.  All suchrequests will be reported to ebay.  If you miss the opportunity to bid onan item you are welcome to contact me to ask for that item to berelisted at the earliest opportunity and to be notified when it isonline.
