If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch first as these things can always be rectified in a friendly manner… Every effort is made at this end but sometimes things happen such as items going missing in the post or damages in transit, both of which are outwith my control. POSTAGE & PACKAGINGTo ensure that items reach you in the best possible condition they are professionally packaged, using specialist packaging materials and some recycled materials. Every item will be sent by signed for mail, with no exceptions. All postal receipts are kept after dispatch in case of loss or damage.
