Hi
This is used National Geographic TELESCOPE, model NG76AZ, suitable for both terestrial and astronomical viewing.
Reflector type, aperture 76mm with 700mm focal length, on an Alt-Azimuth mount (very simple to use).
Comes with 2 eyepieces, dust cover and tripod (you can download instructions from many places on the internet).
Used condition with some marks on it, hence the low price (these still sell new for 155).
We are not experts, but have tried it once and it gave very nice images of the moon.
Ideal beginner or child’s telescope, as it’s very light and easy to use.
