Unusual brass gun directors sight dated 1940. The objective lense is about 65mm and the overall length is 43cms. Two eyepiece lenses that can be swivelled round as required. Not sure of magnification but from the inscription on scope it is probably 10x and 15x. The aluminium cradle I had made and is not part of the original scope. The cradle would need a spigot fitted to adapt it to a tripod.The optics are clean and clear,Internally this sight is very cleanThe sight produces excellent image. The eyepieces focusing is verysmooth and easy. There is a clear cross hair naval azimuth linevisible through the eye piece, over 5kg in Weight would look stunningin a smart flat on a tripod,
