Meade ETX 70 Goto Telescope with Star finder.
This comes with the ETX 70, goto star finder controller, Meade Barlow Lens, 2 x Meade eye pieces, tripod stand, eyepiece and controller holder, hard case for telescope.
Telescope is in good condition but is spares repairs restoration due to
1. goto controller boots then gets stuck on either Prog. trap2 or Prog. trap 4 (dont know why this is)
2. lock clip on the controller lead that goes into the telescope has snapped off and gone (this may contribute to above controller problem)
3. I cant get a decent clear image through the eye pieces dont know if this is due to dust, grim or dried condensation inside the tube from storage but lens are not cracked.
4. Not really a major problem but case internal foam packing is a bit grubby.
This has been stored for a fair while.
BEING SOLD AS SPARES REPAIRS RESTORATION NO RETURNS.
Serial numbers, identification numbers, model numbers, MFD dates are recorded for proof on all items. Security marks are also placed in hidden areas of certain items for my own piece of mind.
