Meade ETX-105 telescope, hardly used with tripod and Autostar GOTO, plus lens.. Condition is Used. Collection in person only.
The Meade ETX-105mm equivalent to 4 inches is now fairly rare in the UK, it falls between the popular 125mm and 90mm models.
The telescope has been little used and comes with a collection of Plossi lenses and other accessories as seen in the photos.
It also includes the substantial Tripod with its own case, but it can be set on a table top without the tripod if wished.
A dewguard is also uncluded as an extra , it was damaged but has been repaired with tape as shown in the photos.
I bought this originally as a gift for my wife who had joined a local Astronomy club, but we never really used it much, and we are not experts on its use.
On reading the manual it recommends a calibration of the Autostar finder, for precise accuracy, something I never did, but full instructions are in the inclluded manual .
I would be prepared to show that the motorised finder is working to the successful buyer on collection. The item is sold as seen.
