These are in very good condition although they do have some wear. The black paint is rubbed on the edges and quite worn around the objective rims. The rims also have a few small dents. However, the paint on the cover plates is still very good, with clear inscriptions. The original Bakelite eye cups are undamaged. The leather covering is totally original and in excellent condition with no damage or marks at all. The prisms and lenses are clean and clear although being super critical, when reverse viewed there is one tiny centre mark and some very faint edge smears. Neither of these have any undue effect on normal viewing which is clear with no double image. The plates are inscribed on the left 7×50 Leitz Wetzlar 300002 and on the right with the bird over the oak wreath above a large M with the number 20436 N alongside.
