This is a Kowa TS-601 angled spotting scope. We have looked through the lens and a clear image can be seen through it. We do not have the technical knowledge to fully service and clean this item so it would probably benefit from having a service from a qualified engineer.
The focus knob is working well and can be used to sharpen up the image through the scope as designed.
The main body of the scope shows some wear with the paint coming away from it.
