Heavy Duty Telescope Tripod For EQ3 EQ5 Mount Or Similar. It is sold as spare for the following reasons –
1. It’s missing a locking thumb screw for tripod spreader. It is easy to find a very cheap replacement on eBay.
2. The central rod is a bit bent.
3. The tripod leg extensions are a bit stuff to pull out due to lack of use for a long time. The tripod is definitely able to be restored to a nice working state, and it’s a great upgrade from the aluminium tripods. The spreader/eyepiece holder is with the tripod.
