E.LEITZ WETZLAR 10 X 40 BINOCULAR Rare binocular and this is the Camparit model and the serial no is 605506 and the condition is very good The left hand side is marked 10 x 40 The right hand side is marked E. LEITZ CAMPARIT 605506 WETZLAR The leather case I believe is the original and both strap and lanyard have been well cared for The cosmetic condition is very good and the paint work has virtually no loss and the quality ofthe lacquer is exceptional and the build quality of these binoculars is substantial Optically they are excellent with ( coatings unmarked ) and lenses are perfect with no damage and thethe image produced is top quality. All focusing are silky smooth and positive and collimation is perfect . All users therefore not subject to fatigue / stress during extended use. Reverse viewing revealsa spotless interior with no signs of fungus or other debris . The image produced is bright and crystalclear and these binoculars are rare and may well add to a collection. I do have a return policy if they differ from the above description and please notify me asap if any problems exist and I will refund the cost accordingly .
