These 8×30 multicoated binoculars have had the eyecups changed to allow users to more easliy see the entire field of view and for spectacle wearers to use them without scratching expensive prescription lenses.
Please study the photos as this instrument is not standard.
They are free from dust, haze and fungus. Focus and dioptre adjustment are smooth and positive.
They have lovely deep purple coatings and give really sharp wide views. Optics are really impressive.
Good collimation, no double vision
They appear to be missing the serial number and the odd bit of paint from the body of the binocular
The case has been well used and shows signs of wear and tear on the outside
Made in the DDR
Come with original case shoulder strap and neck strap/lanyard
They also have some rubber covering (removable) on the beauty rings to make them silent when put down on a hard surface.
They have been well used but optics are really good
