We are selling a used pair of Chinon 8×30 binoculars, extra wide field 9 degrees, a classic 1980s Japanese binocular
The lot includes the binoculars, four lens caps, a hard carrying case with strap and red velvet lining, a strap attached to the binoculars, and a Chinon 5 year guarantee slip (guarantee has expired).
The binoculars have centre focus and independent right eyepiece to compensate for personal vision. Lenses are coated to absorb less light than untreated surfaces.
They give a good bright and sharp image
Focus wheel and right eyepiece action is smooth. Centre hinge tension is good.
One of the rubber eyecups has sadly split
