I’m selling this Celestron OTA. Its in VGC as can be seen from the photos.
So its a150mm diameter f8 instrument. Chromatic aberration does not seem to be an issue for me and it produces great images.
There are 2 or 3 small blemishes on the lens maybe 3mm in size which are difficult to show in a photo. In my opinion these are insignificant and I would still regard the lens as VGC.
Comes with rings and dovetail and dew shield but nothing else.
Its an imposing beast and you will need an EQ5 or greater to put it on.
Moon photo’s I took within the last week using a GPCAM2 at the prime focus.
I have a large amount of thick cardboard left over from a sofa bed delivery so that and bubble wrap will mean it can be posted safely.
No collection due to the dammed virus.
