Here we have my gorgeous antique leather bound set of binoculars.  On the binoculars is the name Ninnes Hythe and on the rim is the word Aurora.  The binoculars are in good strong condition albeit with the usual wear and fading to the leather surround (please see pictures).  The optics are nice and clear and this gives a lovely crisp and clear image, the zoom also works without trouble.  These will make a great addition the  right collector/enthusiast and will suit both practical and display purposes.  A must for the discerning customer!!

Please see more photo’s below: A vintage French multi-function compass with signalling mirror in original box. The compass has a telescopic handle with two small hinged lenses (eyepieces) opposing two larger lenses (objectives) which when fully opened function as either binoculars or a surprisingly effective telescope. The compass is in full working order with printed paper or card dial which has ‘ Made in France ‘ printed on it while the reverse of the compass has a signalling mirror. All is in very good condition with scratch free lenses. When folded to fit into the box the compass and handle measure 3.1 ins (78 mm) and fully extended it has a length of 3.7 ins (93 mm). A useful instrument for use i.e. hiking trips, sporting events etc.. or to add to a collection or display.I SHIP WORLDWIDE – COMBINED SHIPPING AVAILABLE
