Approximately 16 inches long when open and approximately 5 1/2 inches when closed although not brand new I have been told this is reproduction uncleaned the leather and brass are all very good medium marks around stamped Stanley London on both the brass and leather — 1885 on the brass .

This is an old telescope in a old box, in need of some T.L.C

The objective is dirty.

The tube is metal.

The focus ( wood barrel ) is rather agricultural.

The image is rather poor, probably needs a decent eyepiece.

The box is rather nice.
