An Antique Three Draw Telescope or Spyglass.

Measures 15.25 Inches when fully deployed.

Will date to the 1800’s.Brass with a Leather Binding and Glass Lenses.

As seen I have had this Telescope apart, I cleaned and inspected it personally, all in good order internally with only very minor signs of age and use.

All the Lenses are now clean, all are present and correct, no visible wear, no cracks or chips.Focuses easily and precisely in the round, giving a superb clear and sharp image in use, its magnification strength is surprisingly good.All the Threaded Components run well and tighten properly, no issues at all.

The Leather Covering shows surface signs of age and use but is not loose of fragile, it is all firmly in place with no major damage or structural issues, the Rope Bindings at either end have no movement or issues.

The Barrel itself has no structural issues, no movement, no dents.

The Brass-work with only surface patina of age and use, as shown, no dents, cracks or breaks, no structural issues or major damage.

Both Ends are strong with no movement.

The Eyepiece Shutter is present and moves firmly.The Draws are all a good friction fit, moving smoothly and firmly with only minimal and very acceptable sideways play at the Joints when fully extended. A good quality collectable and a superb working Period Telescope.
