These binoculars have been professionally serviced by a member of The Society of Photo Technologists and Institute of Photographic Apparatus Repair Technicians. They have been recollimated, plus full clean and service.
There is a small, snowflake-shaped speck, approx 2mm diameter, in the middle of the right hand lens (please see photo 8 and close up/enlarged in photo 11), but I have been informed, by the people who did the service, that this is not unusual in binoculars of this age and does not affect the viewing.
The leather case has glue residue on the front (photo 12) where there used to be an initialled brass plate. The binoculars, case and straps are not new and show signs of wear, but are in very good condition for their age and in working order.
