Carl Zeiss Jena Jenoptem 8x30W Binoculars – S/N 4297598 A Carl Zeiss Jena Jenoptem binocular in very good optical, physical, and mechanical condition.
The collimation is precise and it has a good, sharp, image.
There is no balsam separation (no separation of cemented internal elements), or internal fungus.
It has good paint all over with only the most minor marks – there is a slight area of missing paint on one end of the bridge, near to the pivot.
It is supplied with its correct leather case. It is also supplied with a neck strap for the binocular and a shoulder strap for the case.
The case has a previous owners name writting inside – this is not obvious from the outside.
