Superb Quality – Very Usable
In GOOD Used Condition!With OEM leather case and straps.These are the most sought after variation with Made in DDR inscribed on the front and serial number on the back.GENUINE made in Eastern Germany (7-digit serial # 5315411), as opposed to 6-digit serial made in Japan.I have used many pairs of binoculars and this genuine DDR pair are impressive; very sharp and clear. They are comparable with much more expensive binoculars.Optics and prisms are in good condition and in excellent collimation. If you shine a torch inside, you can see slight haze on the left hand side, I have circled this in photo 7.This does not affect the use of the binoculars. Mechanically the focus on this pair is very smooth at throughout the whole focussing range.I was testing these binoculars this morning and I could see raindrops falling on my neighbour’s car over the road.
