Nice pair of Carl Zeiss Jena Multicoated Jenoptem 10 x 50W DDR Binoculars ( SERIAL No 5409950 )
The Binoculars Condition is Very Good with Very minor paint loss. However, if you look through the wrong side of the Binoculars, you will see a small Chip in the middle Prism on one side. The other side is fine. Looking through them from the proper side, I cannot see the chip and seem fine to look through. ( See last photo of the Small chip )
The Original case has a couple of faults. The Back that keeps the Lid on has parted like it has been torn.
Also the front that would clip it shut, there seem to be a part missing.
Please see all photos as I have tried to show as best I can. Photos also form part of its description and Condition.
Its a pity about the Prism chip as everything else on the Binoculars look good.
This Set was acquired at an estate sale, so I have no more history on them.
