COMES WITH LEATHER NECK STRAP.GREAT PAIR OF BINOCULARS.I DO BELIEVE THESE ARE MILITARY CARL ZEISS BINOCULARS DUE TO DOUBLE FOCUS AND ALSO CROSS HAIRS IN THE RIGHT LENSE FOR MEASURING DISTANCE.THESE ARE DDR WHICH IS WHAT THE OLD COLD WAR EAST GERMANY WERE REFERRED TO. SO I DO BELIEVE THESE ARE A RARE CARL ZEISS MILITARY BINOCULARS.
