PAYMENT INFORMATION
All winning auction bids are a binding contract between “You”
and “Us” as set out in eBay’s Terms and Conditions.
All items must be paid for within 4 days of the Auction ending.
After 4 days an “Unpaid Item” case will be opened against you.
You will then have a further 5 days to pay.
After that time the item will be offered to someone else in a
“Second Chance Offer” or re-listed for sale.
We only accept PayPal for our Auctions.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We only offer delivery to places with a UK postcode.
We DON’T Deliver outside of the UK.
We aim to despatch your item within 2 working days of the item being
paid for. This does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.
Most items will be delivered and insured by Parcelforce. For smaller
items we may use Royal Mail, please contact us prior to the Auction ending if
you require any extra insurance.
For the following places you will need to contact us before the Auction
ends to get a price for delivery: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man,
Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
COLLECTION INFORMATION
We may able to offer collection of an item but only if you arrange this
with us prior to the Auction ending.
We do not take cash on collection. We only accept payment via PayPal.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Please Note: If you have changed your mind and want to return the item,
we charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
If the item is “Damaged upon delivery”, “Item not as
described” or “Item withdrawn from sale” then we will issue
refunds in accordance with EBay’s policies.
Please contact us ASAP via eBay message, if you have any problems.
Please do not open a case as this will take longer to sort out and you
may end up waiting longer for a refund.
