This is an antiquepair of Ross binoculars in a brown leather case.
The binoculars are named Ross, London, No. 17734, Prism Binocular, Power = 8. They also have the initials W.P. on them and these initials are also on the leather case.
They are well used, but structurally fine.
Looking through them they are in good working order I would say but one eye protector piece is LOOSE and comes off.
They do have somedust within the lens which is not visable when using.
They measure approx. 4. 1/4inches x 4 inches (max measurement).
In overall fair condition, some black exterior is rubbed revealing the metal underneath and around the edges etc. They are a little dusty, and well used and worn, but in working condition. The two rubber / bakelite eye protectors are in good condition…remember one comes off.
The brown leather case is a good fit for these binoculars.
No names on the case but the initials W.P. are embossed in to the leather. In used condition with marks and wear all over but still ok and very usable.
The case measures approx. 5 and 1/4inches x 4 and 3/4 inches x 2 and 1/2inches.
