OK, that’s all the technical FAQs, so how good are they? Super clear and sharp due to the phase coating of the prism, a wider field of view and excellent close up ability more than compensates for x6 magnification, making moving wildlife much easier to keep in the frame. The focus wheel is actually at the ring finger end rather than the index finger which is so much better than typical compacts, especially useful with larger or gloved hands.
The wheel closest to your face is actually to set the inter-pupillary distance for yourself, so that once done, the binoculars will fold in until required and then when you raise them to your eyes, the movement outwards is set not to go beyond what you have set, much quicker in operation. All in all super binoculars without faults.
