In Store Collection If you would like to collect your order from our furniture shop located in Castleford please send an email with the date you wish to pick up so that your order can be prepared. If you email outside of these hours we will get back to you the following working day. Although listings may run into bank holidays we will not be able to complete transactions, dispatch or answer questions until the following working day.Postage All our postal prices include postage, packaging and handling. We buy our postal materials specifically for sending our eBay items. Our posting days are Monday to Friday. We always try to dispatch items the same or following working day if paid for before 10:30 am.If you experience any delay in receiving your order, it arrives damaged, or in a condition not fitting the description listed, then please contact us as your first cause of action. We are not infallible and occasionally make mistakes, we do however take great pride in our endeavours to resolve any and all issues quickly, fairly and amicably. All of our Royal Mail post is now dispatched with bar-code labels, whist this does help with tracking some post does take longer than expected. The Royal Mail does not consider a parcel missing until it has been 10 working days from the date of dispatch, this includes overseas parcels.
