BI 8×30 USSR Russian “Cold War” army military binoculars infrared, KOMZ

Rare USSR military binoculars, wich been produced from 1950-s to the beginning of 1970-s. 
It doesn`t need any external systems to work – binoculars has a filter in left monocular with a phosphor coating. In “off” position it charges a light (natural light or lamp). Then, at night, when observing infrared lights, the infrared rays emitted by the projector pass through the lens of the binoculars and affect the screen located in the focal plane of the lens. In the place of infrared rays on the screen there is a glow, giving a visible image of the source in the form of a circular greenish spot. The sourses can be a darkened flashlights, infra-red cameras, even a TV remote controller.. 

At day it works as normal 8×30 binocularMagnification: 8 times.The diameter of the lens: 30 mm.Linear field of view at a distance of 1000 m: 150 m.Twilight (factor): 15.5Weight without case: 720 grams.Warehousing, is in perfect condition with very minimal. Optics and mechanics are almost perfect. Good item for collection or direct usage.
