VIKINGOPTICAL products always offer decent optical ability at very sensibleprices.Thislisting is for a VIKING 8 x 42 lightweight porroprism binocular,which is from the same era and `family` of binoculars marketed byOPTICRON, SWIFT, VICKERS ADLERBLICK and VIXEN amongst others. Itfeatures fold down rubber eyecups for spectacle wearers and a tripodsocket in the lower hinge. The body covering chosen for this VIKING(and the VIXEN version) proved susceptible to scuffing, and thisexample has some of this scuffing which does spoil an otherwiseunmarked exterior.
