Rare British WW2 Kershaw 1944 Military Binoprism 6×30 Binoculars in USED condition .. Heavy Solid Brass , British manufactured Kershaw Officers WW2 6×30 binoculars manufactured during the 2nd world war.. in any condition are becoming hard to find and In this 1944 Wartime condition ..they can be regarded as a serious collectors item…
Cosmetically good with no Dings or Dents! . (Please examine the actual pictures). Both Left and Right eyepiece adjust smoothly and correctly. .. .Bakelite Eyepieces and Exterior lenses have no scratches ,chips or damage and are in excellent condition (after 75 years!..) Both independent eyepieces adjust very smoothly and correctly, as does the centre hinge,
.However they are a Wartime Used genuine item and have Dirt Haze Fungus or dust inside and will need a service, but they have absolutely no Internal Glass damage.. .
They do not have a reticle fitted. They have the Military removable vent screws (see picture 1 etc) which were fitted to allow warm air to be pumped inside and clear moisture…
Please Do Not expect 1944 Vintage binoculars to perform like modern binoculars .Like most binoculars of this wartime vintage ,they will need a Internal Service and clean which would restore their excellent optical quality.. Superb Wartime item item ,both as a WW2 Re Enactors prop or must have collectors item . Sold as Described.
