I purchased this in autumn 2016 and have changed to an Altair 115 so putting this one up for sale.
It has been well used since then, given the vagaries of the south of Scotland climate and produces excellent results for astrophotography, particularly when used with the 0.85 focal reducer, currently selling separately on this site.
For sale is: the refractor telescope with inbuilt dew shield, star diagonal and 28mm 2 inch eyepiece, 1.25 inch eyepiece convertor, finder scope and bracket, tube rings and mounting plate and aluminium case.
There is a picture of the scope in my pier, so to be clear neither the mount, pier or the red dot finder in the picture is included in the sale. What is for sale is in the box in the picture on the advert. The spec from the advert on First Light Optics is included below.
Note that I have adjusted the focuser, which admittedly isn’t the best focuser around, and it is now tighter than originally, but this is an improvement on what was supplied and the scope can focus perfectly for astrophotography.
