Had these for a while rather worse for wear but still work binoculars and case of interest is the name on the back petty officer Palmer HMS Royal oak.I did check he wasn’t listed in the crew when it was sunk which would make sense I presume he may have served between wars.
The age seems correct and they aren’t sold to me as relating to the ship so I presume a lucky find.
