If you decide to return, the item must be returned within 14 days from date of notification, you are responsible for the costs of carriage and of insuring the goods in transit. The item must not be used, and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. When we receive the item you will be issued with a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
Items can also be returned up to 30 days from date of delivery for repair or refund only if the following criteria apply:
1. Item damaged in transit only if reported to us within 24hrs of delivery
2. Hardware components fail within the 30 day period.
3. Item is not as described in the auction listing, not including Item damaged in transit.
