Carl Zeiss Jena 8x30W JENOPTEM Binoculars
This is a very good condition example of the much sought-after Multi-Coated version of the classic Carl Zeiss Jena 8x30w binoculars.
They are compact and fit neatly in a very nice quality hide-leather carrying case making them the perfect optics for birding, wildlife watching or simply accompanying Country walks.
The multi coated optics produce a needle-sharp stereoscopic image in superb colour rendition which is a pleasure to view.
The serial number is 6161905 which dates their manufacture to 1985.
The optics are bright and clear and undamaged. The bodywork is in hardly-used condition apart from the knurled-metal focus wheel which has lost some of its black anodised coating. The hide leather case is in near mint condition.
A lovely set of optics for a lifetime’s enjoyment – if you have even the slightest quibble on receipt they can be returned within 30 days for a full refund without fuss.
