Payment Information:
All payments must be made within 24hrs of purchase. We only accept PayPal or bank transfer payments, if you want to pay via bank transfer please contact us and we can send our bank details and give you a reference for your transaction.
Delivery Information:
If we have cleared payment by 12:00 noon we will aim to dispatch your order that same day otherwise it will be the next working day.
Most of our larger items are sent on a 24hr service but allow up to 72 hrs for your delivery, our courier will need a contact number so please leave this on point of sale.
Your order will be on a tracked, signed for service and therefore somebody will need to be available to sign for your items at the delivery address as we can’t be liable for any re-delivery costs.
We only deliver to UK mainland. If you live outside this area, please contact us to see if our courier will deliver to you and we can get a price on this service.
Smaller items will be sent on 2nd class service by Royal Mail or courier. Please allow 3-5 working days. If you need anything sooner please let us know and we can upgrade you’re postage for an extra cost. All items can be returned within 14 days in an unopened unused condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. The postage cost is down to the buyer so please contact us for a returns reference number before sending any items. We advise that you send items back on a tracked service as we can’t be liable for any lost returns.
