This is an interesting and unusual pair of vintage binoculars probably dating
from around 1900.
They are covered in fine leather. They have the unusual feature of having
triple lenses in the eye pieces which are mounted on a revolving spindle with
a small knob on the side. Each set of lenses is marked in the centre with Field,
Marine and Theatre.
Although generally in good condition with some wear and minor imperfections
in the lenses they are not up to modern standards.
They stand 5 ins. high.
