Use good vibration suppression pads for your telescope and most tripod feet! Telescope(especially light telescope) vibration is caused by wind, improper grounds, accidental bumps, or by natural vibration. An unsteady mount or tripod or even an accidental bump to the instrument, and results in reduced image quality. The set of three Vibration Suppression Pads can damp down vibration and help to spread the load (stopping the tripod sinking into soft ground a lot).?
Importantly, it help reduce the oscillation time for the image to settle down and stop shaking with less vibration time. The pads fit between the bottom of the tripod legs and the ground, a simple and functional solution to the problem of image disturbance. They work on any surface: grass, dirt, concrete, asphalt, wood, etc., for both telescopes and spotting scopes.
Note: Tripod Vibration Suppression Pads help a lot to relieve vibration. Just as super cars can not eliminate vibration from tires comepletely. Tipod vibration suppression pads can’t stop vibration comepletely, too. How good the mount and tripod is aslo effects the result.
