WEST GERMAN 8 X 50 B BINOCULARS Excellentpair of 8 x 50B West German Oberkochen binoculars complete with the original case / strap / and lanyard which are all are in excellent condition Theserial number is 580952 and cosmetically they are in a outstanding condition withjust minor case usage marks on some edges and one mark on the right handhousing but no paint loss. These 50 mmporro prism binoculars did represent the best glass made for the civilianmarket at that time and was also suitable for the eye glass wearer..Opticallythey are superb just had a full service and these binocularsare back to the original performance which the Oberkochen is renowned for.The image produced is bright and clear pin sharp and all lenses are inexceptional condition no loss of coatings and no damage whatsoever to theoptics. All focusing functions aresmooth and positive and the collimation is perfect .also new rubber eyecupshave been fitted.
