I HAVE RESEARCHED THESE BINOCULARS BUT CANNOT SEEM TO FIND INFO FOR THIS SERIAL NUMBER, SO PERHAPS A LOW PRODUCTION RUN
ALTHOUGH MADE IN GERMANY I AM LED TO BELIEVE THIS STYLE WAS OFTEN USED BY THE U.S. NAVY
UNUSUAL 9x MAGNIFICATION, WHEREAS MOST SOLD ON EBAY ARE 6x or 12x
DIMENSIONS ARE APPROX 12cm x 12cm
BINOCULARS ALSO HAVE N.S.L. X 2121 ETCHED INTO THEM AS SHOWN WHICH LOOKS LIKE IT IS HAND ETCHED POSSIBLY
THESE BINOCULARS ARE IN WORKING ORDER HOWEVER THE OPTICS & PRISMS ARE QUITE DIRTY INTERNALLY & WOULD DEFINATELY BENEFIT FROM A SERVICE / CLEAN
GLASS IS ALSO FREE OF ANY GLASS CHIPS OR CRACKS, I DONT THINK FOCUSING IS WORKING CORRECTLY SO SOLD AS IS & FOCUSING MAY REQUIRE REPAIR / SERVICING
EXTERNAL TRIM WRAP IS ALSO LIFTING ON ONE SIDE SLIGHTLY AS YOU CAN SEE IN ONE OF MY EBAY PHOTOGRAPHS
