Postal/shipping cost’s have risen at an alarming rate which is reflected in higher postal charges which is beyond my control – I use Royal mail for safety/insurance/compensation, I donot use the cheaper options as they donot deliver to the high standards set by RM – My apologies for the higher postal cost’s.< <<<< As many parcels seem to be getting lost! all overseas deliveries will be sent recorded which will add 6.00 GBP to the cost >>>>> —– Item description —–On offer today I have a vintage set of binoculars by “J.H.Steward of London” named “The signaller” – The leather case also has an impressed name”see pic 7″ – I do notice the owners name is scratched in the leather on the underside, the leather looks to be original too the binoculars – I am unsure to their age. —– Item condition —–This item is in sound condition with some wear and tear in keeping with it’s age and being used, please study the pics as this dose make up part of the items condition, as can be seen from the pics they do have some scuff marks, I do notice some marks on the underside of the larger lens and do require cleaning, the case has a lovely patina with scuffs/marks and cracks in the leather though remains a quality case. —– Terms & conditions of sale ——— Please read —–If you donot accept my terms please refrain from bidding on my itemsa) Over sea’s buyers I accept paypal only, no other form of payment is acceptable.b) UK buyers I accept paypal – personal cheque or postal order.c) I donot accept bank transfers or cheques drawn on a none UK bank.d) I require the winning bidder of the item to pay within 7 days or the item will be relisted.e) If my item description is wrong I will of course offer a full refund on the item as long as it is returned in the same condition it was posted, this must be done within 7 days and the cost of return to be payed by the buyer.f) I will obtain proof of postage on every purchase, if the unit cost exceeds 46.00 GBP it will be posted/shipped via a recordable/trackable service.g) Whilst I will pack carefully if the item arrives damaged this becomes the responsibility of the postal operator not myself as the seller, so any claim will be through them and not me.h) If a claim needs to be made I will of course help in the paperwork preperation as so needed.i) I will leave feedback on the day that the item is posted.j) Please contact me before leaving negative feedback.
