We do not work weekends or bank holidays.
Postage charges quoted on the listings are for 2nd Class Standard/ Recorded.. it also includes secure packing in a padded jiffy bag or box.
Paypal is the preferred payment method, but postal orders and bank transfers are acceptable
Underwear, hosiery and swimwear is definately not returnable, Ebay approved.
Buyer pays postage for returned items unless faulty.
Please Read Carefully: Ebays “estimated delivery time” is just that.. an estimate and is NOT set by me. We aim to post Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays, this is not guaranteed but most weeks we do! Our processing time is 2 days at the most, except weekends and bank holidays.
Once goods are in the hands of Royal Mail we cannot track them without the buyer having paid for Recorded Delivery from the outset. Your goods should arrive a few working days after purchase- over 95% do.. as all the “quick delivery” type comments in our feedback testify.
If they do not arrive within 7 days please contact or visit your local ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY/SORTING OFFICE, not the Post Office.
If delivery was attempted but you were not in, they should leave a card, but experience has taught us that they do not always and the goods sit on their shelves awaiting recipient contact – unbeknown to the recipient! They keep the parcels for around 2 weeks and then they are returned to sender (sometimes!) so please don’t leave it too long.
If the parcel is not at the sorting office please let me know and I will do my best to help.. but please understand the above information; it is supplied because we do our best to help buyers on the odd occasion that things don’t go as well as they should with Royal Mail.
